THE QUMRAN CAVE PROJECT

At least 240 caves overlooking the Dead Sea have yielded a wealth of ancient scrolls and artifacts. But only a fraction of them have ever been excavated. The Qumran Cave Project continues the search that now includes mysterious man-made tunnels, featuring steps hewn from solid bedrock. Lightcatcher Films produced this promotional video for the project and is developing a documentary series that will tell the story of this continuing quest that may bring even more fascinating finds.

RIDDLE OF THE EXODUS

New research reveals startling parallels between the Egyptian archaeological records and the ancient Jewish sources that offer evidence of Biblical epic known as the Exodus. RIDDLE OF THE EXODUS is the companion to the book of the same name.

TREASURES OF THE COPPER SCROLL

The Copper Scroll is a rare and unique artifact, fashioned from the purest copper. It was discovered in a cave near the Dead Sea in 1952. The find has led  scholars, including a colorful Texas archaeologist, in a quest for sacred riches. Some experts thought the scroll's Hebrew inscription was simply a myth, while others believed the text held the key to fabled treasures from the Temple of Solomon such as the Breastplate of Judgment, the Ashes of the Red Heifer and possibly the Ark of the Covenant.
